When the goal is changing your physique, you need a lot of tools in your metaphorical toolbox.

  • Get geeky about your progress - measure and track as much as you can

  • Appreciate daily wins – don’t wait for your main goal, celebrate along the way

  • Be patient – things won’t change overnight, cultivate patience

  • Realistic timeframes – choose goals appropriate to your skill & experience

  • Stay consistent – it might take a while to reach your goal, be consistent with your daily actions
