SMALL GROUP PERFORMANCE
Results happen when every aspect of your performance and nutrition is based around you. Over complicating training and nutrition leads to points of friction, causing frustration, anger, confusion and ultimately failure.
That’s why we designed the small group performance programme: results focused coaching offering an affordable solution to building strength, lean muscle and performance.
The groups have between 6 and 9 people and run in 8-week phases. Clients will be coached individually and will receive ongoing assessments to monitor progress and create accountability. We cover everything: sets, reps, tempo and rest, and will guide you to learn which training and movement aligns with your body and goals.

TEMPO (her)
The most sought after small group programme on the market for women.
If you want to improve your lifting technique, build confidence in the gym, and achieve a sustainable transformation focused on results not time, then this is the programme for you.
You will go through a one-to-one technique session prior to the small group programme starting to assess your movement patterns and biomechanics.
We assess your training history and current fitness levels and then create a programme to accomplish your goals.

Where execution meets performance.
The aim of these sessions is to keep you accountable in your fitness, improve exercise technique and execution, nutrition, recovery, and mindset, whilst training with a group of individuals who are on the same journey as you.
This programme has two to three sessions per week and additional individualised coaching to help you achieve the performance-based results you desire.
Aimed at those who want to get lean, strong, improve body composition and train like an athlete
How many people will be in my training session?
We promise a maximum of three (it might be just two) plus one coach.
Is it for men or women?
This coaching option is suitable for men and women, and you can let me know if you want to train in a mixed group.
Where do you coach?
My coaching is done at The Performance Space in Manchester.
Do I need to be an experienced gym goer?
This is not for complete beginners, but you don’t need to be an expert. It’s best to have the basics under your belt.
How long does it last?
I don’t put a timeframe on my coaching. It depends on your start point and your goal. We will work together until you are happy with the results, or you might want to switch to 1-2-1 training. It’s up to you – I’m just here to help you get results.
